Welcome to the Morongo Realty Department.

The Morongo Realty Department was established in 2004 when The Morongo Band of Mission Indians elected to contract the Realty and Title function from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  Morongo Realty oversees and land manages approximately 35,000 acres on the Morongo Indian Reservation.

Morongo Realty assists the Tribe and the Tribal Members with all their Realty and Title matters, such as Title Status Reports, Mortgages, Gifts Deeds, Partitions, Residential Leasing for Housing, Commercial Leasing, Utility requests for Residential and Commercial Projects, Surveys, Fee To Trust and many other needs that are related to Individual and Tribal Trust Lands.
