  • Minimum 6 years of increasingly responsible experience in community and/or social services.

  • Must have proven management experience with the ability to oversee multiple departments.
  • Also must posses a valid CA Driver License and be insured on company policy.

Description

Incumbent will perform a variety of skilled tasks related to the installation, repair and maintenance of: distribution water mains, services, hydrants, meters, pumps, motors and related equipment. Operate water system utilizing SCADA Control, inspect water plant facilities and evaluate system. Monitor water quality and participate in on call (Stand by rotation); provide customer service; performs as a Lead worker; operates heavy equipment and related tools.

Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of motorized equipment (loaders, backhoes, dump truck).
  • Skilled level in procedures and techniques used in the installation, maintenance and repairs of water related appurtenances.
  • Three (3) years water related experience preferred.
  • Must have class B Commercial license at time of hire or able to obtain within 6 months hire.
  • Must have maintain a valid State of CA Water Distribution Grade 2 and Treatment Grade 1 license at time of hire, or AWWA Grade 2 is acceptable in Lieu of State Distribution License.

Description

Under the direction of the Site Manager, plan, develop and implement social services designed to assist TANF participants in specific areas of career development and welfare; coordinate and direct TANF resources and communications to meet program objectives and goals to assure smooth and efficient activities. Provide TANF participants social and personal preventative & developmental guidance. 

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of two (2) years increasingly responsible experience in social work, including extensive experience with TANF.
  • Experience with Case Management in a human service setting is required.
  • Efficient organizational skills; plus excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and software, and knowledge of basic office equipment is a requirement.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Experience may be substituted in lieu of required education; prior experience providing social services to Native communities will be considered.

Description

Serve members and guests by maintaining golf cart and range conditions and attending to golf bags. Greet all members and guests; provide instruction on proper cart handling and the loading of clubs on the golf carts, as needed. Ensure an adequate level of range balls; collect, clean and deliver balls; rotate mats; ensure functioning of lighting equipment, and tee alignment; maintain clean water in club cleaner and ball washer. Other duties include trash removal, golf ball picking, culling of cracked or damaged range balls.

 

Qualifications

 

  • The ability to operate the following equipment: golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser, pressure washer and golf cart jack.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required for this position.

Description

Under the direction of the Enterprise Administrator, candidate will manage the activities of Hadley Fruit Orchards. Establish financial goals (sales, expense, P&L for all of Hadley’s. Develop retail products for consumption as well as leads for additional purchases of products. Establish and formulate pricing policies for products, including gross profit margins (G.P.M.), expense control and guidelines to achieve the G.P.M.

Qualifications

 

  • Five (5) years executive management experience in grocery retail management in sales and operations, product buying, vendor contract negotiations, inventory, product development, visual merchandising, shipping and receiving. 
  • Previous experience in related marketing and advertising strategies preferred.

Description

Responsible for: processing cash outs for gaming customers, machine maintenance, log books, and reporting machine malfunctions. Maintain the gaming operation, including but not limited to, cashiering, and stocking cold boxes, shelves and stand ups. Sustain slot area and keep inventory on supplies needed for the area. Excellent customer service skills required.

  • A minimum of one (2) year of previous cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Six (6) months of gaming cashiering preferred.

Description

Under the direction of the Tribal TANF Director, assist in providing a variety of family focused community prevention and diversion programs for families who are current TANF recipients. Programs may include, but not are limited to, youth prevention, family formation, education and activities.  The purpose of these services is to provide families and children tools and resources in order to improve life-outcomes for Native Americans within the Morongo Tribal TANF service areas.

  • Any combination equivalent to: Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university in Health, Human Services, Social Work, Social Behavior Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience within a social services setting specific to welfare needs.

Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Principal/Teacher, responsible for assisting in the care and supervision of students, as well as the delivery of learning activities for students at various grade-levels.  These activities will take place in classrooms, on playgrounds, during bus loading and unloading, and with other school related tasks, as assigned. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, receiving and signing in children,   creating documents and reports, and performing simple clerical duties.

  • Selected candidates will be required to obtain valid First Aid and CPR certification after offer of employment.
  • Knowledge of Basic principles and practices of elementary school education. 
  • Possession of good oral and written communication skills is essential.

Description

Under the direction of the TANF Director, the Grant Management Specialist will establish, review and maintain controls on fiscal record keeping functions for the TANF department.  In addition, will organize and oversee accounting, budgeting, and other fiscal management and internal control systems for Tribal TANF operations.

Qualifications

 

 

  • A working knowledge of the principles and practices of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Office of Management & Budget (OMB) Circulars and Public Administration with emphasis on fiscal management, fund accounting, and government finance is required.

  • Knowledge of MS Office, including, spreadsheets and accounting software.

  • Valid CA Drivers License and be insurable on Company’s policy.

  • Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field and three (3) years experience with tribal programs involving accounting and budgeting; or a combination of education and work experience.

Description

Under the direction of the Education Administrator, teach and instruct academic, social, behavioral and other related skill areas; plan, develop, organize and conduct a comprehensive education program for elementary grades 1-6, based on the curriculum outlined by the California Department of Education.

  • California credential authorizing the holder to teach in elementary grades
  • General Elementary, General Primary, Standard Elementary or Multiple Subject. 
  • No Child Left Behind (NCLB) compliant. 
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency and current TB test. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree with emphasis in elementary education, instructional technology, and a subject matter field commonly taught in the elementary grades or closely related field which meets credential requirements.
  • Two (2) years experience as a full time elementary classroom teacher in a public or private school.
