Description

Description

Plans, organizes, directs, and oversees operations of specialty food store purchasing and selling lines of merchandise in specialized departments. Manage the activities of Hadley Fruit Orchards. Establish financial goals (sales, expense, P&L) for all of Hadley. Develop retail products for consumption as well as leads for additional purchases of products. Establish and formulate pricing policies for products, including gross profit margins (GPM), expense control and guidelines to achieve the GPM.

Description

Under general supervision, overhauls, repairs and maintains different types of gasoline and diesel powered equipment, ranging from weed eaters to heavy equipment and reel type mowers. Perform a variety of skilled duties involved in the mechanical maintenance and overhauling of grounds equipment and small gasoline and electric powered equipment; maintain inventory of grounds and operations equipment.

  • Certified mechanic with Toro, John Deere and/or Jacobson required.

Description

Incumbent is responsible for implementing and coordinating the Morongo Reading program. Responsible for the literacy performance of the students in general and of struggling readers in particular (i.e., providing instruction and serving as a resource to tutors). Must be able to teach reading to all grade levels. The position requires working collaboratively to implement a quality reading program that is research-based and meets the needs of the Morongo students.

  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, work cooperatively with staff to diagnose and provide solid reading instruction, and collaborate with colleagues in meeting student needs.
  • Ability to recognize best practices in reading instruction, reading strategies, and student learning.

Description

Under the direction of the TANF Director, plan, organize and oversee the fraud and compliance processes within the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program targeted to families moving from welfare to work. Ensure that technical and management efforts are of high quality and in compliance with program policies and objectives. Identify areas of the program where there is a risk and investigate any possible fraud or internal audit findings. Serve as the program expert on all compliance matters and develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance. Design and develop the ethics and compliance processes to be consistent with current standards and regulations. Design, implement and evaluate systems that audit program files for compliance with Federal, State, and Tribal regulations on a regular basis.

  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience working in a government-funded agency with at least three (3) years of compliance experience.

Description

The Catering Sales Manager will contribute to generating new sales and catering business leads and servicing existing contracts. Primary responsibility is to generate revenue for Morongo Golf Club by generating leads and converting them to sales with a heavy concentration in event planning in corporate, local and social markets. This position will be responsible for contracting and closing weddings, birthday celebrations, banquets and other social or business functions; supplying food and other services as agreed by the parties and verify all staff are carrying out the event smoothly; provide five star customer service; and other duties as needed.
