Statement of Purpose
Notice is hereby given that the Morongo Band of Mission Indians [MBMI] is requesting a qualified CONTRACTOR (proposer) to provide complete turnkey replacement of the existing dispersal system [leach pits], extension of existing discharge piping, and abandonment of the existing leach pits associated with the onsite wastewater treatment system [OWTS]. Identified in Exhibit A [Inland Foundation Engineering Inc. Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Report dated December 22, 2023] and Exhibit B
